Chair's highlights: Our recent activities

Our Chair, Rick Hill MBE, has outlined his key highlights from our ongoing and recent work to help identify and resolve the issues currently facing communications consumers across the UK. The highlights include:
  • an overview of our strategic priorities for the forthcoming year and recent stakeholder engagement related to these priorities;
  • an update on our research and insights programme, including future research plans; 
  • recent discussions across the Panel's National Stakeholder Hubs on supporting consumers with additional support requirements; digital privacy and staying safe online;
  • the topic for our next round of Hubs in October; and
  • publication of our Annual Plan 2021-22.
