We're consulting on our draft strategic plan 2022-23 and invite you to provide us with your feedback and comments.

Our proposed strategic plan outlines our priorities, overarching themes affecting consumers, citizens and micro-businesses in the communications sector, and particular areas of focus for the forthcoming year.
