Join our team and help us make a difference for consumers

The Communications Consumer Panel, established by the Communications Act 2003, is a group of independent experts with direct sectoral experience, supported by a small team. We ensure the citizen and consumer voice is represented in communications policy development, advising Ofcom, Governments and industry.

The Panel’s job is to ensure that the sector works for consumers, citizens and micro businesses - and in particular people who may be in a more vulnerable position in society.

We have an exciting new role, for one year, working as a Coordinator/Administrator in the team that that supports the Panel. The role is advertised on Ofcom's recruitment portal, here:

Vacancy: Communications Consumer Panel Coordinator/Administrator

Interviews will be held by the Panel's team and will take place in London. If you have any access or communications needs please let us know.

The closing date for applications is Monday 27 May.
