Unfair charges to consumers: Ofcom fines EE and Virgin Media

We called on Ofcom to use firm force against providers that overcharge consumers and make it difficult for them to switch. We welcome the fines and the changes to the companies' policies and procedures that have been announced today. Fines like these highlight that these types of practices are unfair and unacceptable!
