Low Income Consumers

The Panel has a specific remit to take account of issues affecting consumers on low incomes and has taken a strong interest in the digital divide. These issues have been the focus of two seminars to explore research and policy in this area, in November 2004 and in March 2006. In November 2007 we published a literature review of social inclusion and communications. More on the seminars and the literature review can be found on the left.
