'Citizens Advice really appreciates being part of the Consumer Advocacy Hubs. It is a really great opportunity for us all to discuss issues and share insights. It's great to see continued support in the Panel's strategic plan for a fair deal to consumers as well as a focus on good quality of service in the postal market.  Citizens Advice looks forward to continuing our meetings and engagement in 2022/23.'

Claire Milne, Independent - please see response below.

'Thanks for the opportunity to comment on the draft strategic plan. What I see is good, but I don't see any mention of the Panel interfacing with bodies representing consumers in adjacent sectors. For example, now that it has a CEO, hasn't the time come for DRCF to be including consumer voices? How does the Panel stay in touch with UKRN, which now has a clear focus on consumer vulnerability? And what about Ofcom's new/forthcoming responsibilities in relation to online harms? I appreciate that this is a short document and that your resources are limited, but since the plan looks ahead three years, I'd hope that you could accommodate a brief mention of this theme, whose importance will surely grow as communications further permeate our lives.'
