We believe providers should automatically unlock handsets at the end of consumers' contracts

We believe all mobile providers should automatically unlock consumers' handsets for free when their contract ends, so that they can easily switch provider. We said so, here:  

However, this useful guide by Ofcom () shows providers that are not being fair. We urge them to amend their processes.
