Going Digital research

In December 2007 we published Going Digital – qualitative research that explored consumers' experiences of digital switchover to identify problem areas that can be improved prior to switchover. We talked to people who had recently switched to digital TV, and also monitored people who were about to switch over a 6 week period. The emphasis was on 'vulnerable' groups such as people over age 65, those on a low income and those with a disability.
