Consumers And The Communications Marketplace

In 2005, 2006 and 2007 the Consumer Panel published annual surveys to inform itself and others about people's experiences of fixed line communications, mobiles, the internet and digital TV. The research included residential and small business consumers' understanding of communications technologies. The research provides a breakdown of the issues affecting England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well as concerns of people with disabilities, older people and low-income households.
