This report looks at what information consumers are told about their options to cancel a mobile contract if they receive poor coverage.  It follows on from our October 2009 research below, which showed that over a third of consumers and small businesses regularly have problems with mobile coverage.


 

On 6 October 2009 the Panel published its response to Mostly Mobile, Ofcom's mobile sector assessment second consultation. To support its response the Panel commissioned research into consumers' and small businesses' experiences of mobile coverage.
