Ofcom has sought to bring together all the issues that have a bearing on access and inclusion under a single overarching project and to treat them in a consistent and co-ordinated way. Ofcom issued a consultation on 18 March 2009. The Consumer Panel has engaged with this project in discussion with Ofcom and by responding to the consultation.
