Older People and Communications Technology

In July 2006 we published research which showed what enables some older people to engage with the internet and digital television and what the barriers are for those who do not.

We held a workshop to discuss how to aid older people to get on-line. Participants included organisations delivering local initiatives to increase participation, industry, think tanks and government officials.
