Over the past year the Communications Consumer Panel has continued its work as the independent consumer advocacy body for the communications sector. Our 2010/11 Annual Report describes the impact we have had in a range of areas, including mobile coverage, net neutrality, mobile phone usability and online copyright infringement. It also sets out the Panel’s priorities for the year ahead. Across the identified work areas, the Panel will be looking at issues from the consumer perspective to protect and promote their interests. We’ll continue to use our expertise to deliver the best possible outcomes for communications consumers.
